Pollinator Garden at Elachee Nature Science Center
Pollinators require flowers in order to gather nectar and pollen for food, host plants as a place to lay their eggs, and somewhere to nest.
Native plants fill these needs well since the plants and their pollinators have co-evolved.
The Elachee Pollinator Garden includes several informational signs about the butterfly life cycle and nectar sources for pollinators. It is also a Certified Pollinator Garden.
