Be Part of the Seed Swap!
Have you harvested seeds from last year’s garden? Is seed saving a goal for you this year? Are you wondering where to begin?
Plan to be at the Hall County Master Gardeners Seed Swap on Saturday, January 25, 2025, at the UGA Hall County Extension Office, 734. E. Crescent Drive, Gainesville, GA, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
The event is as part of National Seed Swap Day, held annually on the last Saturday in January.
The Seed Swap is open to the public. Attendees can get information about seed sowing and germination from local Master Gardeners as well as gardening advice. Everyone can share vegetable and flower seeds from gardens or seed they have bought.
Are you seedless? Come anyway – there are plenty to share. Take home seeds to plant!
Seed sharing is a tradition as old as agriculture. Be part of the tradition by coming to the Hall County Master Gardener’s Seed Swap, Saturday, January 25 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm
